These are commission-based roles. Compensation is directly tied to the value you deliver to clients and the relationships you build. We provide strong training, mentorship, and support so you can develop the skills needed to succeed in a professional, client-centred environment.

2 roles

Associate (HLLQP Licensed)

Ontario | Hybrid Full-Time | Commission-Based

As an Associate, you will work directly with clients on estate planning, family trusts, asset protection, and tax-efficient strategies. You will support the development of clear, practical plans for business owners and high-net-worth families while building strong, trust-based relationships. This is a commission-based position. Your earnings will reflect the quality of advice you provide and the client relationships you develop.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present tailored financial and estate plans focused on trusts, tax efficiency, and multi-generational planning.
  • Conduct thorough client discovery and financial assessments.
  • Support clients through the implementation of recommended strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships through regular, value-focused communication.
  • Stay current on relevant tax rules, estate planning developments, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the principal advisor and team members.

Qualifications

  • Valid HLLQP (Harmonized Life License Qualification Program) license.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in financial planning, insurance, or a related advisory role.
  • Working knowledge of Canadian tax and estate planning concepts (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based structure.

Trainee Associate (HLLQP Training Program)

Ontario | Hybrid Full-Time or Part-Time | Commission-Based

This role is designed for individuals who want to build a serious career in specialized financial and estate planning. You will work closely with experienced advisors, receive structured training, and be supported in obtaining your HLLQP license. This is a commission-based position. As you develop skills and begin working with clients, your compensation will be tied to performance and results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing client plans and supporting materials related to estate planning and trusts.
  • Participate in client meetings and learn professional discovery and presentation skills.
  • Complete administrative and follow-up tasks to a high standard.
  • Study for and complete the HLLQP licensing requirements with company support.
  • Gradually take on more client-facing responsibilities as competence grows.
  • Contribute to a professional, organized, and client-centred team environment.

Qualifications

  • Genuine interest in financial planning, estate planning, or working with families and business owners.
  • Strong communication, organization, and learning ability.
  • Professional attitude and reliability.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model.
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an asset (not mandatory).
  • No prior license or experience required.
